I too have been interested in raising terrapins in my classroom, but have not been able to find up to date information about the program. Any information would be most appreciated!

Good Morning,
I am very interested in becoming part of the Terrapin in the Classroom Program. I have been trying for several years now to raise terrapin in my classroom but have not been able to reach anyone who could tell me how to go about doing this. I work in the Howard County Public Schools as a Gifted and Talented Teacher. I have been involved in the Trout in the Classroom and Bay Grass Programs. In addition, my students have created over 20 oyster reef balls over the past 6 years to put into the Bay. We are very active and interested in Environmental Education and would love to raise Terrapins next school year. Would someone please advise me as to who to contact to try and make this happen.
